This looks gorgeous printed on wood. It is now hanging on my therapy office wall and is perfect. The color is true to the photo. I love it.
Artist's Description
The Chevron B16 at Goodwood Motor circuit. The B16 made its first outing at the Nürburgring 500 kms in 1969 and won in a time of 3:13:01.6 hours. 23 were produced. The First cars were 1.6 litre Ford Cosworth FVA engined. This was increases to 1790cc with 235 bhp. 18 of these engines were made. Later a BMW M-10 2 liter was also used and Mazda Wankle engine also. In 1970 3 Chevron cars raced at LeMans , one rotary engined car one with an FVC engine and one with BMW M-10 engine. Jo Siffert leased a couple of Chevrons for the movie LeMans. The cars were returned in good condition which enabled him to sell them on.
The B16 does have movie star car looks.
